Guidelines

Please read these guidelines before completing the Candidates & Elected Officials Email Request Form.

Candidates and elected officials in good standing with the Republican Party of Texas and the Montgomery County Republican Party may request one free campaign event email request per calendar month during Primary season and two free campaign event email requests per calendar month during election season. You may include multiple events in each email.
Your content will be added to our next scheduled email. If we do not already have an email scheduled, we will send your information in its own email. Depending on the number of requests we receive, events and information submitted by multiple candidates may be combined into one email in no particular order.
Message must be in agreement with the Montgomery County Republican Party Mission and Republican Party of Texas Principles.
All email requests must follow guidelines in the Website, Email, and Social Media Use Agreement. Content must be print-ready for us to copy and paste into the email. We do not provide writing or graphic design services, but we may edit your description to fit available space or layout.
Requests must be submitted at least seven days prior to the email release date with the complete message to be disseminated via email in a format compatible with our email platform.
Once the request is approved, we will also add the event to the calendar and our social media posting schedule. To request a calendar listing without sending an email, click here.
